AIM and UP-PGH Healthcare Management Program

As the dread and wrath of the pandemic brought global economies to its knees, the Philippines was not spared. As imminent cracks in the pillar and bastion of healthcare – The Philippine General Hospital were threatening to cease its operations.

The Innovasians were unperturbed. Armed with tools in finding opportunities amidst adversities, we initiated discussions with Asian Institute of Management through the office of School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning to assist the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) in training their whole management team to streamline their operations and to better prepare themselves for future challenges of the pandemic.
